L293D Motor Driver IC – Dual H-Bridge Motor Controller for Robotics & Arduino Projects
Rs.180.00
The L293D is a popular quadruple half-H bridge motor driver IC designed to control two DC motors or one bipolar stepper motor from standard digital logic signals. This high-voltage, high-current driver can interface directly with TTL/DTL logic and is engineered to drive inductive loads such as DC motors, relays, solenoids, and small stepper motors.
With a wide 4.5V – 36V motor supply range and a separate 5V logic section, the L293D allows flexible integration into Arduino, robotics, automation, and motor-control projects. Each output channel can deliver 600 mA continuous current (1.2A peak) and includes built-in clamp diodes for safe switching of inductive loads.
