"No Refund – Exchange Only Policy"
At InTech Driven, we maintain a strict quality control process. By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. No Refund Policy

We follow a strict No-Refund policy. All technical components are checked before shipping. Once an order is agreed upon and dispatched, no refund requests will be entertained for "change of mind" or "disliking" the product.
2. Technical Compatibility

We are responsible only for providing the exact part number ordered. If the component does not work due to issues in the customer's system or circuit, InTech Driven will not be liable. Compatibility must be verified by the buyer before ordering.
3. Exchange Terms

Domestic (7 Days): Exchange requests must be made within 7 days.

International (20 Days): Exchange requests must be made within 20 days.

Expenses: All shipping costs (both ways) for the exchange process will be borne by the customer.
4. Special Cancellation Cases (Management Discretion)

In extreme cases, if a return is exceptionally approved by our management due to persistent customer dissatisfaction:

The item must be returned in its original, sealed, and unused condition.

Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and paid back within 60 to 120 days.

All banking and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
