1. Payment & Order Confirmation

  • 100% Advance Deposit: We process and dispatch orders only after receiving full advance payment for the products.

  • Flexible Payment Methods: Customers can conveniently transfer funds via Direct Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. Our official payment details will be provided at checkout or via WhatsApp.

  • Payment Security: You can transfer your funds with complete confidence. Once the payment is received, your order is officially confirmed.

2. Transparent Shipping Process

  • Customer-Paid Shipping: All shipping and delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Actual Rates (No Hidden Fees): We do not charge flat delivery fees. We will provide you with the original courier receipt (TCS, Leopard, or other services). You only pay the exact amount mentioned on the receipt.

  • Pre-Dispatch Verification: For your peace of mind, we will send you pictures of your packed parcel and the components before dispatching them.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic (Pakistan): The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

  • International (Worldwide): The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days.

  • Note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.

  • Express Shipping: If you require a specific courier or urgent delivery, please inform us. Any extra charges for premium services will be managed by the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Immediately after dispatch, we will share the Tracking ID and a copy of the Courier Receipt with you via WhatsApp or Email. You can use this ID to track your shipment in real-time.

5. International Customs & Duties

  • For orders outside Pakistan, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
