This 600V / 17A Intelligent Power Module (IPM) is a compact, single-in-line motor-drive solution designed for efficient three-phase AC control. The module integrates a power IGBT stage, gate-driver circuitry, bootstrap components, temperature sensing, and protection logic into one isolated housing — making it ideal for appliance-grade inverter boards and compact motor controllers.

Its low-loss trench IGBT architecture minimizes conduction losses, while the optimized diode design reduces EMI and switching noise. With direct 3.3V / 5V logic compatibility and matched propagation delay across channels, this module easily interfaces with microcontrollers for high-response motor regulation.

Built-in safeguards include undervoltage lockout, current monitoring through open-emitter pins, cross-conduction suppression, thermal feedback, and FAULT signaling, ensuring stable and fail-safe operation under demanding load profiles.
