IRAM136-1061A – 10–12A / 600V Integrated Power Module for AC Motor Drives

IRAM136-1061A is a 10–12A, 600V Integrated Power Module (IPM) engineered for high-efficiency appliance motor drive systems. The module combines low-loss IGBT switches, three-phase high-voltage gate drivers, and bootstrap circuitry inside one compact, insulated package.

Designed for applications such as washing machine motors and refrigeration compressors, this module helps reduce PCB footprint while supporting efficient AC inverter control.

It incorporates thermal monitoring, under-voltage lockout, cross-conduction protection, and over-current shutdown, enabling a safer and more reliable motor-drive stage. With 3.3V logic-level inputs and matched propagation delay, it offers controlled high-speed switching performance.
