IRAM256-1067A is a 10A, 600V Integrated Power Module (IPM) designed for high-efficiency appliance motor drive applications. This compact hybrid module combines 3-phase high-voltage gate drivers, trench IGBT technology, and bootstrap circuitry into a single insulated package, helping reduce PCB space and simplify design.

The module includes temperature monitoring, over-current protection, cross-conduction control, and under-voltage lockout, enabling reliable and fail-safe motor performance.
